Couldn't Stop at Just One...

Elisabeth Bell's digital images are like potato chips and rescue dogs, you can't just stop at one. In this card I used a totally different color pallette. I am loving how Crate Paper DP plays off of the colored image. This digital image is called "Little Rapunzel". She is so sweet. I colored her with Copic markers and laid her atop of PTI cardstock. I added a ribbon, rhinestones and dimentionals. I made this card using the Sweet Stop Sketch as inspiration.

Pixie Dust Studio New Release "Gnome World"

August is such a busy month. My friend who works at Hallmark says that it is the biggest month for birthdays. My husband and I just celebrated our 19th wedding anniversery yesterday and Sunday will be my birthday. Normal Augusts have my daughter returning to school. However, this year, she started HS on July 18th (year round school). I guess what I am saying is for us August is almost as busy as Christmas time. I bet if you have kids, you feel the same way also. Well, how does all of this tie into card making? I made my new release "Gnome World" card a birthday card. I chose the Gnome Swingingthe new image from the Gnome World release to create my birthday card. I colored my image with Copic Markers. I used Crate DP and PTI cardstock. I added a button and a bow.

These images are perfect for any type of card from birthday to get well. Take a little time for yourself in this busy month to make some cards and get your creative juices flowing. There is nothing better to help with the stress:)

Also, I have an announcement. We have two new Pixies who are joining our team: Cyndi and Melissa! They are extremely talented!

Make sure to take a look at the Pixie Dust Studio Blog and take a look at all the wonderful images in the store. With a little magic and pixie dust anything is possible!
