I made my card using the Lucy the Lepracaun digital stamp. I colored Lucy with my Copic Markers. I used Crate design paper and Bazzil cardstock. I used my Spellbinders to cut out the ovals and the oval. I added bling with Stickles and a shamrock charm. I used the sketch at Inspirational Card Sketches for inspiration.
