Meljen's Designs Challenge this week is to use glitz on your card. The new release this week is called "Cat and Mouse". I used the "Cupcake Mouse" digital image on my card. I colored my image with Copic Markers. I added lots of Stickles and some rhinestones for the glitz. I also added machine stitching for definition and interest. I also added some ribbon and a button. The dp is from the Basic Grey and the cardstock is from PTI. I used the Card Positioning Systems sketch challenge as my inspiration.
