MelJen's Challenge this week is "Anything Goes". I used one of the new images for February called "Birthday Cake Oopsy Bear". I added a sentiment, dimentionals, ribbon, and a rhinestones. I participated in the Belli Challenge and the Sweet Sketch Wednesday Challenge.
