Couldn't Stop at Just One...
Elisabeth Bell's digital images are like potato chips and rescue dogs, you can't just stop at one. In this card I used a totally different color pallette. I am loving how Crate Paper DP plays off of the colored image. This digital image is called "Little Rapunzel". She is so sweet. I colored her with Copic markers and laid her atop of PTI cardstock. I added a ribbon, rhinestones and dimentionals. I made this card using the Sweet Stop Sketch as inspiration.
BTW, make sure and check out Elisabeth Bell on Facebook!
Elisabeth Bell DT Call
Elisabeth Bell is holding a DT call for her new digital stamp line. She is the wonderful artist behind Whiff of Joy, Ladybug and Friends as well as many others. I am honored to have her consider my work. Her images are inspiring and I love all the coloring I get to do with my Copics. For this project, I made an easel card. I really love how it showcases the beautiful image. I used the digital image "I love you this much" and colored it with Copic markers. I used Crate DP and PTI cardstock. I added a handmade ribbon flower, button, ribbon, felt and dimentionals. I used the Mojo Monday Sketch as inspiration for my work.
Wish me luck:)
Pixie Dust Studio Thursday Challenge
The Pixie Dust Studio Challenge this week is to make your card "Pretty in Pink". I chose the Sweet Pixie Pie image. I colored my image with Copic Markers. I used Basic Grey design paper and PTI cardstock. I added paper lace, rhinestones, and dimentionals. I used the sketch challenge at Tuesday Morning Sketches to inspire my card. I also participated in the Digital Tuesday Challenge of using lace on my card. Make sure to check out all of the other DT members for inspiration. I cannot wait to see what you make for the challenge! You would be amazed what a little magic and pixie dust will do
MelJens Little Ferret
My Husband and I just celebrated our 19th wedding anniversery. My pet name for him is Ferret. I was so pleasantly surprised when I saw that MelJens has a little ferret digi. It is adorable. So, I made this card for my sweetie.
I colored my image with Copic markers and cut it out and popped it up using dimetionals. I used Crate DP and Couture Cardstock. I added some twine and a little charm.
Make sure you check out all the wonderful creations by the DT this week! Make sure to participate in the weekly challenge which is "seeing double". You can purchase these fabulous images and others from MelJen's Designs at the Whimsy Site.
