Just that easy!!!

We will be post all winners on Saturday January 22. So please be sure to check back to see if you are one of the winners this month.

I made a candy bar holder. I placed a Hershey's bar, my daughter's favorite, in the holder for a little Valentine's Day Treat. This was such a fun project to make and it came together quickly. I used K&Co. design paper and PTI cardstock. I colored my image with Copics and added lots of pearls to my project. I love the way the flourish leaps off the page creating something more interesting than just a rectangle box. I love giving little gifts to those I love. This one is a perfect way to say "I love you".

Pixie Dust Studio "Dino-MIte" New Release

It's time again for the new release from Pixie Dust Studio. The new release is called "Dino-Mite". I chose the Paris, the Cave Girl image. I colored my image with Copic Markers. I used design paper from K&Co and PTI cardstock. I ribbon, dimentionals, and a brads.

My husband and I, when we were dating in college, called eachother Pebbles and Bam Bam, as nicknames. This new release made me smile and reminded me of my hubby and my earlier days together. I am sure you will love this new release as well.

Make sure you visit the other members of the DT for some new release inspiration. I can't wait to see what you create:)

Lizzie with Muff, by Elisabeth Bell

I wanted to try something different. I tend to design very bold cards, in colors and papers. I have had a stash of Basic Grey Paper, the Porcelain collection, forever. It is very subdued and I have had a difficult time using it in projects. So, I challenged myself to use it on a card and to color an image that would reflect the colors of the paper. By George I think I have done it. Enter the lovely, Lizzie with Muff. I chose this image from Whiff of Joy. I colored her with Copic markers and popped her up with dimentionals. I added ribbon and pearls. . I used the Stamptacular Sunday Challenge sketch for inspiration. I also participated in the Snow challenge at the Creative Belli Challenge Blog.

I am always intrigued by how the same stamp, when colored differnt ways, can take on such a different look. My challenge to you..take some of your stash and find inspiration:)

Make sure to check out the Elisabeth Bell Digital Store. I can't wait to see what she has in store for us next month! You can also keep up on all of the Elisabeth Bell news by checking out her facebook page:)
