Elisabeth Bell Challenge Blog

Elisabeth Bell has such a wonderful selection of digital stamps. They always make me smile and are such a joy to color. This stamp is called Rachel, Little Angel. I colored my image with Copic markers. I used Delovely paper from Cosmo Cricket and cardstock from PTI. I added ribbon, felt flowers, and dimentionals.

This card was inspired by the Stamptacular Sunday Challenge. In this challene we were to pick a designer and use their project for inspiration. I used Dee's adorable folded card. You are surprised again and again by this card. Each time you open it there is something new to look at.

Make sure to check out the Elisabeth Bell Digital Store. I can't wait to see what she has in store for us next month! You can also keep up on all of the Elisabeth Bell news by checking out her facebook page:)

BTW, there will be another new digi released this month. It is super amazing! I am sure once you see it, you won't be able to resist it. The release date is November 19th.

MelJen's Challenge

I usually feel pretty confident in choosing colors. However, when it comes to acorns I am at a loss. My entire life I have lived in the Southwest and my acorn exposure has been minimal;) Well, I never would have guessed how many different colors acorns came in.

This week's challenge at MelJens is to make a tag. I used one of MelJens new release images, called "Patchy Ghost" and colored it with Copic Markers. I used DP from K&Co. and cardstock from PTI.

It was my husband's birthday. He loves the Fall and the little "Autum Mouse" and "Autumn Leaf and Acorn" were a perfect fit for the birthday card I wanted to make for him.

MelJen's has a perfect digital stamp for anyone you are making a project for. I colored up my images with my Copics. I added twine and a little silver leaf charm. I used some autumn paper from K&Co. and PTI cardstock.

I followed the sketch at Sweet Stop Saturday to inspire my card.

Make sure you check out all the wonderful creations by the DT using these images! You can purchase these fabulous images and others from MelJen's Designs at the Whimsy Site.

Pixie Dust Studio Challenge

The Pixie Dust Studio Challenge this week is to make a card with a Man in Mind. I decided to try this adorable little snow globe card. I found the tutorial on Splitcoast Stampers. I chose the Melt my Heart image. I colored my image with Copic Markers. I used DP from Crate paper and PTI cardstock. I stamped snowflakes on my acetate snowglobe. I cut out the little snow people and popped them up with dimentionals. I added some ric rac, a snow cap, a tag and some twine.

Make sure to check out all of the other DT members for inspiration. I cannot wait to see what you make for the challenge! You would be amazed what a little magic and pixie dust will do!
