Shirleys2Girls/Sweet Stop/Crazy4Challenges/Our Creative Corner



I played along with the Sweet Stop Saturday, Crazy4Challenges and the Our Creative Corner challenges this week. I used the bunny with basket digital stamp from Shirleys2Girls. I colored my image with Copic Markers and added white opague pen for highlights. I cut out my image and added dimentionals so that it would be the focal point of my card. DP is from Dear Lizzy and the cardstock is from PTI. I added Stickles, ribbon, and machine stitching. I made my flower with material cut with my Spellbinders Blossum Die.

Fred, She Said/Friday Sketchers/Crazy4Challenges/Our Creative Corner


I played along with the Friday Sketchers, Crazy4Challenges and the Our Creative Corner challenges this week. I colored the tulips digital stamp from Fred, She Said. I colored my image with Copic Markers and added white opague pen for highlights. I cut out my image and added dimentionals so that it would be the focal point of my card. DP is from Basic Grey and cardstock is from PTI and American Crafts. I added pearls and an abundance of machine stitching. I shaped the bottom of my card with one of my new Tim Holtz Sizzix edge dies.

Fred, She Said/Sweet Sketch Wednesday/Simply Scrapping Crafts Basic Grey Challenge



I played along with Sweet Sketch Wednesday and Simply Scrapping Crafts Basic Grey Challenge this week. The SSC Basic Grey Challenge was to use 3 circles, 3 Basic Grey DP's, stitching and 2+ embellishments. I colored a digital stamp from Fred, She Said. I love this digi but, it was a challenge for me to color the flowers white. I added light green to the caps of the blossums. I noticed lots of white flowers have the green tint to the flowers. I colored my image with Copic Markers and added white opague pen for highlights. I cut out my image and added dimentionals so that it would be the focal point of my card. I shaped the bottom of my card with my new...love them..Tim Holtz Edge Sizzix Dies.

Twisted Thursdays from Shirleys 2 Girls


The S2G's Twisted Thursday Challenge is to use pastel colors.

I made my card beautiful Flower Hat image. I colored it with Copic markers. I used K&Co. DP and PTI cardstock. I added some rick rac ribbon, machine stitching, a button, and a mini clothes pin to embellish my card. I also added some Stickles and rhinestones for bling. Don't forget to visit the S2G store to see all the inspiring images! I used the sketch from Stamptacular Sunday to help inspire my layout!

Also, Shirleys2Girls just added kits to their store. A kit of fantastic items including paper and embellishments and a clear stamp. Oh, the things you could create. Stop in the store and take a look!

Dare to be Sassy Thursday




It's Dare to Be Sassy Thursday from Sassy Studio Designs. The challenge this week is a pocket full of posies. Both a pocket and a flower must be on your card or project. I colored Chelsea with Chicks using Copic markers and added white opague pen. I used Crate DP and Bazzil Cardstock. Flowers are from Prima. All die cuts are made using my Spellbinders Dies. I added lots of machine stitching for definition and interest. The card is inspired by the Project Tuesday Challenge and the Digital Tuesday Challenge to use mostly green. Make sure you go to the Challenge Blog and see all the creations that the Design Team have created.

PIxie Dust Studio New Release "In the Meadow"/Pixie Dust Challenge







It's time for the new relase from Pixie Dust Studios!. The release is called In the Meadow.

The Pixie Dust Studio Challenge this week is use three of something. I chose the Duck image from the Meadow new release. I colored it with Copic Markers. I used Cosmo Cricket design paper and PTI cardstock. I added machine stitching for definition.

Tuesday Morning Sketches Challenge





I had so much fun with the Tuesday Morning Sketches Challenge. The challenge was to make an ABC-anything but a card. I made a treat holder using a new Shirleys2Girls image called Bunny Hop. I colored my bunny with Copic Markers. I used Cricket DP and PTI cardstock. I found these Bo Bunny treat holders and with some modification they were perfect to put into my tag treat holder and hold my candies. The tags were cut out with the help of my Cricut. I added buttons, Sparkle Fluff, ribbon and machine stitching.

The Sweet Stop Challenge



I participated in The Sweet Stop Challenge this week. I used their sketch and an image from Shirleys2Girls. The image is called Egg Roll. I colored my image with Copic Markers and highlighted it with a white opague pen. I used K&Co. DP and PTI cardstock. I added some bling with Stickles and buttons. I used paper piercing, machine stitching and dimentionals to make my card pop!

Pixie Dust Studio Sneak Peek



I made two Sneak Peek cards using images from the In the Meadow new release on Thursday March 18th from Pixie Dust Studio. It images I chose to work with are an adorable boy and girl. Arn't they fantastic? I colored the images with Copic Markers.

For the little boy, I used DP from Cosmo Cricket and cardstock from PTI. I added machine stitching for definition. I added twine and buttons to embellish my card. I made this card with inspiration from the Stamptacular Sunday Sketch challenge. I used a border punch by Martha Stewart.

I colored my little girl image with Copic Markers. I used K&Co. DP and Bazzil Cardstock. I used another Martha Stewart border punch and embellished my card with ribbon, pearls, rhinestones and an acrylic charm. This card was inspired by the Card Positioning Systems Sketch challenge from Sunday.

Fred She Said/Project Tuesday Challenge





I made a tri-fold pocket card for the Project Tuesday Challenge. The image is "Hunney Bunneh" from Fred She Said. I colored my image with Copic Markers and added accents with a white opague pen. DP is from K&Co. and cardstock is from Bazzil. Lots of machine stiching was added along with various sentiments from the $1 section of Michaels. I used Spellbinders basic rectangles and circles and their corresponding scallops for my die cuts. I added buttons from PTI.

This is such a fun project. A wonderful way to give gift cards or just tell someone you love them.
