Merry Tags

Merry Tags from The Greeting Farm can be used for everything! I made a Christmas Tree box with my Cricut using Tags,Bags, Boxes and More. I added the window and put in acetate and filled with kisses (chocolate ones silly). I added ribbon, buttons, and rhinestones for embellishment. I colored the Merry Tag with Copic markers and paper pieced it to the cardstock base. Cardstock is from Bazzil.

Vivi the Sprout Candy Box

I told you I was addicted to Vivi the Sprout from The Greeting Farm. I colored her in my favorite colors with Copics, added dimentionals, and added her to a little silver box I recycled from my Prima Flowers. Paper on the base of the box is from the PTI Christmas collection. I used the icicle border punch from Martha Stewart. I made a tag from the Merry Tags set and embellished it with Stickles. I added little chocolates inside and a ribbon for embellishment (and to keep me from eating the little chocolates:) Wala....a great little gift and recycled to boot!

Basic Grey Challenge

The Basic Grey Challenge today is a sketch. I used a precious Whiff of Joy Autumn release stamp and background. DP is from Basic Grey and cardstock from PTI. I added brads and prima flowers. The little buttons are also from PTI.

Farm Fresh Friday

The Farm Fresh Friday Challenge from The Greeting Farm is "About a Boy". I used the little snowman and setiment from the Keep Cozy stamp set. I colored the little snowman with Copic markers. I used paper from the Winter collection by K&Co. The little rectangle piece of DP behind the snowman is distressed and sewn. I embossed the accent cardstock and added rivets.

After making the "About a Boy" card I felt that I had to make an "About a Girl" card. The little snowgirl is colored with Copics and is from the Warm and Cozy stamp set as well. The DP papers are from K&Co. and the cardstock from PTI. I used my Spellbinders pendant behind her. I also sewed the background paper and paper pierced it. I added rhinstones to her hat and colored pearls for accent. I couldn't help but use lots of Stickles Both of these cards were made using the 2 Sketches for You sketch challenge.

House Mouse Monday/Crazy4Challenges

I made this Halloween card for the House Mouse Monday Challenge and The Crazy 4Challenges sketch challenge. I colored the little House Mouse with Copic markers. DP paper is from K&Co. and the cardstock is from PTI. The House Mouse challenge was to use buttons. So I added several to the layout to correspond with the DP. I used the wonderful sketch from Crazy 4 Challenges!

New Release Day

It's time for The Greeting Farm's new October release! We are celebrating with a Blog Hop today to welcome SIX new releases, a new artist, and new Fall Gardeners! That's a LOT of excitement!

Thanks for coming on over from Kadie's blog. If you are starting here, be sure to head over to the TGF blog to get started and make sure you make it all the way through to the end...ONE lucky winner will walk away with the ENTIRE OCT release!

I am beyond excited. I am practically levitating out of my chair. It's either The Greeting Farm's new release day and blog hop or Kris Angel has broken into my home:) What's even better is I'm a Fall Gardener. Does it get any better than this!

Check out the card I made with the Vivi Sprout stamp. Oh....is she ever a cutie. What I love most is her hair and the ability to color her in so many ways to use for so many projects. I got started coloring one and couldn't stop. I have Vivi images all over my craft room and Vivi projects in all stages! I had a hard time choosing one project to show with her! I made this Holiday card to showcase my traditional Vivi Sprout. I added glitter glue to her little bell and fur trim on her hat. I used the sketch from the Mojo Monday challenge to design the card. Lots of layers and DP were topped off with a little bow embellished with a button and silver cording. Both Vivi and the setiment are popped up with dimentionals.

ALL the new October releases are available NOW over at The Greeting Farm and we can't WAIT to see what you'll create with all these new goodies. And we are JUST getting started! We have even MORE coming your way mid-Month at Club Anya and lots more surprises in store...but for now...what's in your shopping cart? I know...decisions!

Thanks so much for stopping by, and be sure to head on over to Lynda's blog next to see what she has in store for you! If you get lost along the way in ALL the cuteness, here is the full Hop schedule:

Another Sneak Peak.......

Another new release sneak peak. You have seen the digital stamps by Marina Neira. The new release on October 1st, by The Greeting Farm will allow you also to have some of her images in rubber. The little monkey is one of my favorites. She is adorable and fun to color. This stamp lends itself well to beautiful Fall cards. I colored her to coordinate with the DP and cardstock. I used border punches, ric rac, and a tiny metal corner piece to embellish this sweet little girl. The "hugs and kisses" setiment is one of several from the Keep Cozy set.

October New Releases!

I am so excited and I know you will be too! The new stamps from The Greeting Farm are so awesome! Here is a sneak preview of a couple of the new stamps sets!!! I used Merry Tags and Keep Cozy to help create my little purse. The Merry Tags are so versitile! I stamped the tag on DP so that it would match my project perfectly. Then I colored the image with Copic markers, added dimentionals and paper pieced it to the tag. I embellished my little tag with stickles. The Snowman is from the Keep Cozy set. The little snowmen are so adorable and very fun to color! I colored mine with Copics to match my DP. The little purse is embellished with DP from Imaginisce Paper, the Snowy Jo collection. I sewed around the paper for interest on the front and the sides (my mom would be proud!). I cut out a little snowflake and embellished it with a dew drop and stickles. The button, ribbon and carstock are from PTI. I added acetate to the little window opening and filled it with my favorite peppermint kisses. A perfect little gift for someone special.

New Digital Stamps

These new digis are so versitile! You can use them on a variety of different projects. I love how the animals have so much personality and take a life of their own as you color them. Click on my post title to get more info and more examples of these super cute new digis from artist Marina Neira from The Greeting Farm.

I made an easel card for the stocking mouse. I love the way it really looks like he is hanging from a mantle. I added the little clothes pin. I used twine instead of ribbon for the button and embellishment. I wanted him to look a little rustic. The little mouse and stocking are colored with Copic markers. Paper is from K&Co. and cardstock and button is from PTI.

New Digital Stamps

This digi of the snow bunnies makes me miss New Mexico. Many a time my daughter and I ambushed my hubby and attacked him with snowballs. He always gave as good as he got. We were especially vulnerable when in fits of laughter after surprising him! This is another of the new digis from Marina Neira being released this week at TGF. Interested....just click the title of the post to link back to TGF blog and get more info and other examples of the new digis.

I colored this image with Copic markers and made a picture frame card from PTI kraft cardstock. My intention was to highlight this adorable image. If you are interested in making a picture frame card, you can find the tutorial on SCS or just search google. Very easy to do and they can be modified for any size of square or rectangle. The paper is from K&Co., ribbon and ric rac is from my stash, and the brad is from Recolections.

New Digital Stamps

These digis are so cute, it's hard to pick a favorite. I love the mice sharing the candy cane. I colored the image with my Copic markers and used DP from K&Co, and cardstock and ribbon from PTI. Just click the title to link back with TGF blog to see more cute examples of these digis from the artist Marina Neira.

New Digital Stamps

Ahh...nothing sweeter than skunk love!!! Another adorable digi from artist Marina Neira that is being released at The Greeting Farm. Papers are from Imaginisice. Button and ribon from PTI. You can see a sampling of the previews on TGF blog http://splendidstamping.blogspot.com/ Or just click the title to be taken to the TGF blog. Easy peasy!

New Digital Stamps

The Greeting Farm is preparing to release new digital stamps from the artist Marina Neira. Pick up your Copics ladies and start your engines. These stamps are so fun to color!!!!! I call the first one Havest Simians. I love monkeys and apes. My dream was to be Jane Goodall and study apes in the wild. It wasn't practical and there are not a large # of job openings for "primate researchers" so I became a counselor. I still dealt with large primates:)

This image is colored with...hold on wait for it......Copics!!! Papers are from K&Co. I tried something new and used acetate for the card and I think it turned out very cool! Ribbon is from PTI. Just click the title link to be taken to the TGF blog to check out more of the new digital images that will be released this week.
