Elisabeth Bell Challenge Blog

The Elisabeth Bell Challenge this month is to make a project using somthing that is altered. I couldn't decide what I would create with this challenge until I went into my guest room closet. On our lugguage was a luggage tag that was given to my husband by his company. It is hard plastic with a small plastic strap. On the opposite side it has a plastic sleeve that holds a business card. I thought It would look great on a tote bag or purse. Truth be told my hubby may be a little attached to it and I have yet to tell him about my super creative use of his luggage tag. Do you remember the show "I love Lucy". Remember that voice that Ricky Ricardo called Lucy's name when she did something that displeased him. Any day now, my husband will call accross the house "Liiiisssssaaaa, what have you done to my luggage tag". Too late sweetie it is super new and improved!

I used Willow Dressing Up. I chose this image from Whiff of Joy. I colored her with Copic markers and popped her up with dimentionals. I added ribbon, glitter brads, fourishes and rhinestones. I used DP from K&Co. I participated in the Creative Belli Challenge of using embellishments beginning with the letter "P". I used pearls on this project!

You really can't go wrong when making a card or a layout with one of Elisabeth Bell's images:)

Make sure to check out the Elisabeth Bell Digital Store. I can't wait to see what she has in store for us next month! You can also keep up on all of the Elisabeth Bell news by checking out her facebook page:)

  1. HA HA HA...LOVE IT! I love that you picked the luggage tag. I call it "fixing" in my house. I think it looks much better now. Thanks for joining us at the Creative Belli Challenge.
