Mel Jen's Inspiration Post and Challenge

This week's challenge at MelJens is to use paper piecing on your card.

For my inspiration post, I used one of MelJens older images, called "Pocket Mice" and colored it with Copic Markers. I used DP from Cosmo Cricket and cardstock from PTI. I added a button, ribbon and a sentiment.

I made this card for my friend's birthday. It is rare to find a person who really gets you. Arlo and I have been friends since high school and I have been so grateful for him and his support he is a wonderful person. Please help me in wishing him a very happy birthday!

I participated in the Sweet Stop Sketch Challenge for inspiration. Make sure you check out all the wonderful creations by the DT using all of this week's new images! You can purchase these fabulous images and others from MelJen's new shop.

  1. What a sweet card Lisa. That image is so cute and I love the colors. The inverted scallop circle looks great. Thanks for playing along with us at The Sweet Stop.
